In this episode I talk to Brian Hilliker, a metal singer/songwriter that is not only using his music as an outlet for negative experiences, but also to try and reach people that are experiencing mental health issues and are at risk of suicide. Brian talks about his own struggles with depression and suicidal ideations, and how he was able to turn his life around with mindset and other's help.
